Spring is in its prime and I like to give you a little glimpse of the vineyard at this season. As you can see from the photographs, the vines are already in full bloom and, something that we in the industry take somewhat for granted, I wonder how many people have ever noticed the rare beauty of the flowering vines and thus paused to admire them.

After a break of a few years, I returned to Vinitaly, at the Consorzio Valtènesi stand. I must say that I did this without a commercial approach, I made an investment in terms of public relations and networking. Practically my entire network of relations in the sector is there, so it was a good opportunity to catch up and strengthen the relationship.
Back from Prowein

I have just returned from Prowein, which was a good experience: I will measure the commercial results over time, but in terms of contacts and quality of contacts it was a success.
The protagonist was Groppello, but it was the pacesetter for the other wines.
Now to work in Cantrina!
