E un blend di Sauvignon, Semillon e Riesling in cui i profumi di albicocca, dattero e agrumi si fondono alle note speziate, che creano la suggestione di un viaggio verso luoghi lontani e si elevano in un sorso di grande freschezza ed equilibrio gustativo. E un vino a cui sono particolarmente legato, che possiede per me il potere evocativo della tavola imbandita e del calore umano».
