Cantrina: the first twenty years - WineSurf

We have known Cristina Inganni for many years, practically since the beginning of her adventure in the world of wine; she had been introduced to us by a producer friend in Lugana and so we have been able to taste her wines several times over the years. Later we also met Diego Lavo, who later became co-owner of the Cantrina winery.dig

Cantrina is a small hamlet in the municipality of Bedizzole. It was here in 1999 that Cristina Inganni decided to carry on the dream of her husband Dario Dattoli, a Brescian restaurateur who had unfortunately died in an accident the year before and a great fan of French wines. He had planted some ten years earlier some vineyards for the production of wines to be consumed on his premises. Cantrina - La dolce Italia according to the sommeliers

E un vino a cui sono particolarmente legato, che possiede per me il potere evocativo della tavola imbandita e del calore umano».
