The first 20 years of Cantrina - Bartù

Otto ettari coltivati a biologico esprimono vini di grande carattere. La cantina lombarda, fondata da Dario Dattoli, continua sulla strada della qualità. L’Azienda Agricola Cantrina, la piccola azienda vinicola adagiata sui colli morenici nella località omonima vicino a Bedizzole (Bs), è la realizzazione del sogno del suo fondatore, Dario Dattoli. Fin dai primi anni Novanta, Dattoli si era dedicato con coraggio alla produzione di poche (ma curate) bottiglie destinate all’autoconsumo nei ristoranti e locali di proprietà: era il 1999 quando, tra mille timori, tanto entusiasmo e un pizzico di incoscienza, venne deciso di portare avanti il progetto con investimenti, passione e professionalità. In questo 2019, quindi, ricorre il ventesimo anniversario della fondazione di Cantrina, così come oggi la cantina bresciana è conosciuta e condotta da Cristina Inganni e Diego Lavo. We have known Cristina Inganni for many years, practically since the beginning of her adventure in the world of wine; she had been introduced to us by a producer friend in Lugana and so we were able to taste her wines several times over the years. Later we also met Diego Lavo, who later became co-owner of the Cantrina winery.
