We are joining the Profumi di Mosto 2020 edition on October, 11th. Cantrina's wines will be matched with Pietro Freddi's special pizzas, which will be prepared on the spot from his Pizza-Van.
This edition will be a bridge between the just-ended summertime and 2021 events. Profumi di Mosto will also host twenty wineries, where rose wines and Valtènesi red wines will be protagonists. Moreover, each winery will present its tasting happening . Due to the Covid-19 current legislation, all the events will be limited-numbered and with compulsory reservation. 20th Cantrina's anniversary

For it was in “long-ago” 1999, amidst countless apprehensions, much enthusiasm, and just a pinch of bravado, that we decided to launch “Project Cantrina.” It represented above all the long-time dream of founder Dario Dattoli, who since the early 1990s dedicated himself to producing just handful of bottles—but made with meticulous care!—for his own enjoyment in his numerous restaurants.

The season is favorable to a plentiful production, the grape is wonderful! We are particularly proud because for the first time Lorenzo, our 17-years-old son, decided to help us, at least until he will come back to school.
