Exercise in Style - Golf for Passion

Cantrina, the village of Valtenesi, gives its name to the winery where Cristina Inganni and Diego Lavo work in the vineyard and cellar, convinced that wine must express personality, uniqueness and be able to speak of its territory of origin. The soils on which the winery is located yield structured wines with good alcohol content, good minerality and high acidity.
Long-lived wines that are born with natural respect for the interaction between soil and vineyard.
Cantrina (www.cantrina.it) is dedicated to the production of medium to long ageing wines, mostly breaking away from the production specifications of local DOC wines to obtain greater freedom of action on cellar choices, which also vary according to the vintage. The only exception is the recently introduced Groppello, a fair homage to the area's typical grape variety.
