style “also „frei sein in der Stylistik“, blieben beide stets treu. Die Weine von Cantrina unterscheiden sich deutlich von Mainstream Weinen. Es sind Weine mit einem sehr persönlichen Charakter, der mich bereits vor etwa 15 Jahren neugierig gemacht hat hat, als ich in der Taverna Kus in San Zeno zum Kastanienmenü den „Rine“ ein Cuvée aus Riesling, Incrozio Manzoni und Chardonnay, serviert bekam. Der Wein schmeckte köstlich und harmonierte so perfekt zu diesen Gerichten, dass ich mich bald darauf auf den Weg machte und das Weingut besuchte. Ich lernte zwei Menschen kennen, die sich nicht von den üblichen Trends beeinflussen lassen und all ihren Weinen immer eine ganz persönliche Note verleihen.   Continue reading.

Qualcuno gioca in casa, come Manuele Meneghini, sommelier di Lido 84 a Gardone Riviera: «Il mio vino per le feste è Sole di Dario dell'azienda Cantrina, di Bedizzole in Valtènesi. E un blend di Sauvignon, Semillon e Riesling in cui i profumi di albicocca, dattero e agrumi si fondono alle note speziate, che creano la suggestione di un viaggio verso luoghi lontani e si elevano in un sorso di grande freschezza ed equilibrio gustativo. E un vino a cui sono particolarmente legato, che possiede per me il potere evocativo della tavola imbandita e del calore umano».
