Cantrina, the groppello made in Bedizzole has conquered the Big Apple - Giornale di Brescia

Cristina Inganni, who runs the Cantrina winery in Bedizzole with her husband Diego Lavo, says yes. On 4 March, in fact, in New York Cantrina was the sponsor of an event at Issue Project Room, a space totally dedicated to artists. Qualcuno gioca in casa, come Manuele Meneghini, sommelier di Lido 84 a Gardone Riviera: «Il mio vino per le feste è Sole di Dario dell'azienda Cantrina, di Bedizzole in Valtènesi. E un blend di Sauvignon, Semillon e Riesling in cui i profumi di albicocca, dattero e agrumi si fondono alle note speziate, che creano la suggestione di un viaggio verso luoghi lontani e si elevano in un sorso di grande freschezza ed equilibrio gustativo. E un vino a cui sono particolarmente legato, che possiede per me il potere evocativo della tavola imbandita e del calore umano».
