We have known Cristina Inganni for many years, practically since the beginning of her adventure in the world of wine; she had been introduced to us by a producer friend in Lugana and so we were able to taste her wines several times over the years. Later we also met Diego Lavo, who later became co-owner of the Cantrina winery. Cantrina is a small hamlet in the municipality of Bedizzole. It was here in 1999 that Cristina Inganni decided to carry on the dream of her husband Dario Dattoli, a Brescian restaurateur - who had died in an accident the year before - who was passionate about French wines, and had planted some ten years earlier some vines for the production of wines to be consumed in his own premises.
