Cantrina di Bedizzole in the front row at the debutante ball at Vinitaly - Giornale di Brescia

(...) He made us taste a wine called Eretico on the day of the Pope's funeral, but any less than pious intention must be firmly denied. Eretico adheres to the rules of oenology and is a Pinot Noir passito produced as a trial in that incredible year for heat and drought that was 2003. Zerdì 2010, Cantrina - Slowine

posted on 2 September 2014
(...) Cantrina's Zerdì 2010 is a pure Rebo, with an inviting nose of ripe fruit and black pepper. In the mouth it is full, powerful and round, thanks to a truly skilful use of wood. The spiciness and pleasantly bitter finish bonded wonderfully with meat ravioli, sprinkled with a pinch of nutmeg and plenty of Parmigiano Reggiano. (...)
