LIBERO ESERCIZIO DI STILE

Libero Esercizio di Stile has always been the best description for Cantrina’s entire philosophy of production: ”Open-minded” because I like to be creative; “exercise” because I think of my wines as exercises of the intellect; and “style” because each one of us has his or her own.

As from this year, Libero Esercizio di Stile is also the label for a wine based on absolute creativity. Only in certain years, when a small parcel of wine - resulting from our special research – has those “experimental” characteristics that make it border on a divertissement, will that product be given the L.E.S. moniker. The style of the bottle will always be the same, but the wine designated as L.E.S. each year may well be different. The back label will of course, though, display all the statutory information regarding the wine in the bottle.

White Vino da Tavola

A whimsical and original wine, in which Riesling Renano (Rhine Riesling) is blended with a small proportion of Pinot Nero (Pinot Noir) vinified without the skins. It is the result of experimentation in a particular year, in whose blend we have sought to highlight the fine balance between residual sugar and acidity. Vinified and matured in stainless steel.

Residual sugar 18 g/l; total acidity 8.0 g/l; alcohol 12% vol.
